A Space to Explore, Understand & Grow
When life feels challenging, it can be difficult to see things clearly. Counselling creates the space to step back, explore what's been happening and begin to understand your experiences from a different perspective.

Sessions & Fees
Everything you need to know about appointments, fees, online and in-person sessions, and arranging your introductory call.
You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from counselling. You might be facing a specific challenge, navigating a life change, or simply have a sense that something isn't quite right. Whatever brings you here, counselling offers the opportunity to pause, reflect and better understand yourself.
About Me & My Approach
Hello, I'm Beth.
I'm a qualified integrative counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. As an integrative counsellor, I'm trained in a range of therapeutic approaches, allowing me to meet you where you are and adapt our work to your individual needs.
Together, we'll create a compassionate and collaborative space to explore what's happening in your life with curiosity and openness. We'll take time to understand your thoughts, feelings and experiences, and when helpful I may offer a gentle challenge, a different perspective or share ideas that deepen your understanding, always at a pace that feels right for you.
Sessions & Fees
Beginning counselling can feel like a big step, so I offer a free 20-minute introductory call. It's an opportunity for us to meet, talk about what has brought you to counselling, and decide whether we feel we're the right fit for one another.
If we decide to work together, ongoing counselling sessions last 50 minutes and are available online or in person. My fee is £60 per in person session (to cover room hire costs) and £50 per online/telephone session..
If you're ready...
If you've seen something in these pages that resonates with you, I'd be delighted to hear from you.
A free 20-minute introductory call is an opportunity to ask any questions, talk a little about what has brought you to counselling, and decide together whether working together feels like the right next step.
Not Quite Ready?
If you're not quite ready to arrange a call, or you'd simply like to ask a question first, you're very welcome to get in touch. I'll do my best to respond within two working days.
